Hi, 10 team 1/2 ppr. 2 starting qb league. I can choose slot 3, or anywhere from 5-10. Where would you draft? And who would you take with your first few picks? (Ie.: QB, QB, RB? or RB, QB, QB?) I guess if you say slot 3, who would you grab with first pick assuming McCaffrey and Cook are taken one and two. Thanks again, you guys are the best!
I got the 6th pick. In the second round of a 10 team ppr league, I’m considering guys like Gibson, Mixon, CEH, Hopkins, Ridley, Metcalf. If I take Zeke at 6, who would y’all take in the second round?
How many keepers are you allowed to have? I love all your keeper options, but if I had to choose, I’d probably lean Ridley, too. However, if you know you won’t be able to get an elite RB option early, then taking JT at the 27 is super nice and provides the greatest value to your team considering positional scarcity.
10 league, 2 flex position league with 2 keepers. Who would you chose along with CMC; Hopkins or Metcaf?
I assume this is Dalvin Cook and Aaron Jones for Davante Adams and Saquon Barkley. I’d generally say no to this, but you have to look at your entire team and league settings to better answer that question for yourself. Also, how would this trade help your team? If you don’t have a good answer to this, then hold off.
All things held equal, I’m keeping Boyd and Cooks 100%. Costs/ADPs may impact my decision if there are extenuating circumstances.
Yes, as leagues get bigger, scarcity becomes a greater issue. As such, you want to target players at positions from which you need to start multiple players. However, you don’t want to be locked into one strategy; zig when others zag. Depending on who falls in your drafts, taking elite WRs/TE early may be beneficial.
I love Gibson for a 6th and Jefferson for a 9th. I’d prefer Ekeler over Diggs for the 3rd.
Give me the 1.01 for sure. CMC is a fantasy cheat code, so take it if you can, especially if you’re only considering draft slots at the tails of each round.
In 10-team leagues, you want to go for ceiling and best player available. Every team is going to be “stacked” because depth just doesn’t matter as much. As such, I recommend going Kelce, if you can, and then taking the absolute best RB available. If this doesn’t work out, go top two players available at the 1.10 and 2.01.
I think he’s fine, but I’d much prefer other players around his ADP/ranking. Namely, Cooper Kupp, Mike Davis, Tyler Lockett, Diontae Johnson, Travis Etienne, Brandon Aiyuk, among many others.
I am in a dynasty league where we keep 12 and redraft the rest. I have Mark Andrews and Gesicki at TE. I also have Kyler Murray and Tua at QB.
Would you rather hold one of Gesicki or Tua to see how they do and try to trade them if they start the season hot, or keep someone like Ruggs, Landry, or Pollard (I like to draft opposition handcuffs).
And of those 5 which would you keep?
I think this depends on costs and settings for your league. If Etienne is significantly cheaper, I’d prefer him over DHend in keeper/dynasty format. However, for 2021 alone, DHend should be a great option with a 3rd/4th round ADP.
Perine has been in the league for several years already and produced generally nothing. Give me the minimal potential of Evans hitting over what we already know about Perine. I wouldn’t be afraid of moving on after a year or two if there are better options available.
Depends on your league settings but I’d heavily favor Zeke because RBs are much more valuable in fantasy than WRs, generally.
CEH by far. He should have a great season in 2021
In a general 12-team league, I love going Cook/Kamara → CEH/Mixon/Harris → Waller/Swift/JJeff. WRs are super deep this year, as always, so taking an elite option at RB/TE is more valuable than building WRs, generally.
Thanks for the response! I have Johnathan Taylor as a 5th round keeper and Diggs as a 7th… would u still keep Jones?
Give me Kelce, with your listed keepers, assuming you start 2RBs, 1TE, 1FLX, etc.
Thank you Jared! Yes it’s 2rb/2wr/1Te/1flex.
