10 Team PPR 1 Keeper League. 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR/TE. I have the 3rd overall pick. My keeper possibilities are:
Kyle Pitts - 6th round
Brandin Cooks - 9th round
Jaylen Hurts - 12th round

Pitts and Hurts for me. Cooks in the 9th also has some value, but not as much as the other 2.

Since it’s only one keeper, and it’s PPR, I’d go with Pitts in the 6th round. A great TE is a nice security blanket, plus it’ll allow you to keep him next year. Cooks is getting older, and who knows whether the Eagles could decide to move on from Hurts next year.

Why did I think “2 keepers”? 
Pitts, if you can hold keepers for as long as you like.
Hurts, if you can hold a keeper only for a limited number of seasons.

Pitts for sure. Having the #1 TE in dynasty is more valuable than Cooks and Hurts. Hurts could be out by next season if he doesn’t have a good year but Pitts will be a Top 3 TE for the next decade

i like pitts in tha 6th… believe in the TE advantage…and way past his adp… load up on wrs and rbs wit ya first 5… built around pitts…wooooweee
