Another Yahoo Mock Draft Late Pick - 10 Teams

This mock draft I did was with a 1.10 pick in a 10-team draft, 1 QB, PPR.

  1. Davante Adams (LV - WR): Slim pickings here, so I took the BPA.
  2. D’Andre Swift (Det - RB): Swift has RB1 upside, especially in PPR.
  3. A.J. Brown (Phi - WR): Brown is a solid WR2.
  4. Kyle Pitts (Atl - TE): I love getting the best TE in football here!
  5. AJ Dillon (GB - RB): Needed a second RB, but this is definitely a position of weakness for me.
  6. Jalen Hurts (Phi - QB): Hurts is a steal here.
  7. Tony Pollard (Dal - RB): Need more RB’s!
  8. Amon-Ra St. Brown (Det - WR): Too good to pass up here.
  9. Kenneth Walker III (Sea - RB): Need more RB’s!
  10. Hunter Renfrow (LV - WR): Another under-rated WR.
  11. Derek Carr (LV - QB): If Hurts fails, Carr is a capable replacement.
  12. Tyler Allgeier (Atl - RB): Need more RB’s!
  13. Zamir White (LV - RB): Ok, this is enough. I took some dart throws at RB’s in order to shore up the position. Any of these guys are capable of taking over their backfields in case of emergency, or on pure talent alone. Walker and Allgeier are likely the best based on talent and situation, whereas Pollard is in a nice RBBC with Zeke.
  14. Younghoe Koo (Atl - K): KOOOOOOOOOOO!
  15. Las Vegas (LV - DEF): Another homer pick.

This time, Yahoo gave me a C- grade, so clearly I improved!

Still making the same errors of drafting a TE too early, and drafting too many speculative backup RBs.

Mock drafts are supposed to be for learning, not stagnating.

Good one but still do not like Dillon, Pollard and St Brown. Better options at 5, 7 and 8

Erienne, Mtchell and Jacobs at RB and M Brown and Mooney at WR. Add Moore.

You still haven’t figured out that I don’t value your opinion as much as you do?

They allow you to get as close to the roster you want regardless of where you draft.

I assume you mean RB. Not really.

As for Etienne, I try to avoid the Jaguars as much as possible. I live near Jacksonville, so I get their games inflicted on me.

I wouldn’t take a Shanahan RB like Mitchell. Who knows, Trey Sermon might end up starting this season!

As for the WR’s, I have considered them in those spots. I just wish they would drop another round or two. They just seem pricey to me.

You’d be better off drafting Sermon over Allgeier.

My post confused even me. Edit done.
