Who should I keep?

I’m in a 12 team Half PPR keeper league, who should i keep?

Will Fuller 8th Round keeper
Justin Herbert or Tee Higgins 9th Round keeper
Should i use both slots, 1 slot, or neither?

I made some trades and have 2 picks in the 1st round and 2 picks in the 3rd round, no picks in rounds 5 and 6

Tee Higgins would be the best Value in my opinion.

Herbert and Fuller. Fuller is going to be amazing in Miami with Tua.

It is looking more and more like Joe Burrow might start slow in Cincy, so Higgins worries me short term. But long term he should return to a quality play, so I’d keep him.

I would also take a chance on a better player in the 8th round instead of Fuller. He’s not bad, I just think there could be better there. Miami’s receiver room is looking crowded, and Jaylen Waddle is looking like the real deal there. Parker and Gesicki lurk too.
