Should I start Tom Brady or Justin Herbert?

RBs: Kamara (bye), Chase Edmonds, Darrell Williams, Latavius Murray
WR/TEs: Godwin, Kadarius Toney, Julio Jones, Tim Patrick, Christian Kirk, Dawson Knox, Hunter Henry
Ds: Bucs, Patriots
Roster make up: QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, 1 WR/TE, 1 WR/RB/TE
Going against the #1 seed in the regular season. Need a line up with upside.
Have chosen Mahomes, Darrell Williams, Chase Edmonds, Godwin, Toney, Henry and Knox
Zach Ertz is on waivers. Will I gain that much from Zach Ertz to drop a Kirk (who I feel might benefit from Maxx Williams going on season ending injury) or Henry and play him tonight? Ertz is a 1 game rental, while Henry has better matchups coming up. However, negative game script, stellar Bucs run D, and high scoring Bucs will put pressure on Eagles more than the Cowboys D and O, IMO, to compare with Henry.
Is it worth dropping anyone on my roster just to play Ertz for 1 week? Just need an answer before TNF. Thanks
