I think the potential concern is going to be the price tag. He’s probably going to move into the top 10 RBs for ADP (if not higher) and that’s going to give some people some major Clyde Edwards-Helaire vibes.
Harris is a MUCH better prospect than CEH was last year.

The line still isn’t going to help much, but Najee has the chops to run between the tackles, cut it outside, or catch the ball with routes he’s already had experience with at the college level (better than Etienne). In a day and age where the “workhorse back” is seemingly on the brink of extinction, Najee Harris is a target in the 1st volume alone. The only rookie RB with a clear way to lead back duties.
