Because he needs an extra pick to keep Dotson.
From what I saw in Ridderās first game, it looked like Ridder was going in the right directions, relying on his playmaker (London) heavily. He still has that ārookie processing information overloadā syndrome thing, but that fades in time, assuming he can maintain his confidence during his āunder fireā learning phase. When Pitts returns, I think thatāll help him tons.
Because he needs an extra pick to keep Dotson.
Thatās not the way it works. Undrafted players cost teams their last draft pick, whatever pick that is. Managers pick keepers and Yahoo places them.
If a team does not have a last pick they will go next to last, etc. It is te reverse of players at the top dropping to the next available open pick.
I mentioned in the OP as well as a league email that we will be going to a 16 man roster as well.
Yes, it (almost) is: I am keeping a 13th, 14th and two 15th players. The second 15th player will void the next availabe pick, which would have been the 12th.
However, I indeed did not take this detail into account:
So in that case, the 12th would indeed remain intact and Iād lose the 16th instead.
Picks are taken by players or trades and not voided. The undrafted players will cost a teamsās last pick, no matter the number.
I made trades adding in last picks to balance the draft. They count as will my late keeper. My draft could be over after 10 rounds which sounds good to me.
