If Walker plays, you start him. Kamara is only good in PPR.
This is crazy talk. Kamara is 6th in points outright since he’s been back. This is based on a league that awards .65/rec. Not to mention that he’s finally going to get a soft matchup in the sixth cushiest run defense in the league. Not the case for Walker, who’s also banged up. 
And the OP clearly specified non-PPR scoring, so your extra 10 pts per week from receptions doesn’t count.
Kamara is averaging 13 ppg in standard scoring; Walker 15.3.
And Walker has no injury designation.
There ya go, just ignore the rest;
