Wk4 RB Help - NonPPR/Distance Scoring: RB Z Moss vs Rams or RB A Kamara vs TB

Thanks for the help. My league is performance and distance scoring but no PPR.

I need to fill an RB slot with either
Z Moss vs Rams (will Moss get as many touches with A Richardson back?) or
A Kamara vs TB

Since it’s non-PPR, I’d go with Moss. Taysom Hill has as much chance of carrying the ball into the end zone as Kamara.
