I’m looking to package one of my bench RBs with Kirk for a WR1.

I would go Penny. They are close but Penny has rookie Walker coming on and an injury history every year.

Penny for me, too. Lowest snap count of the three, can’t stay healthy, has Walker breathing down his neck. Plus, he has seen the fewest targets of the three, in case this is a PPR format (always helpful to know, though in this case it wouldn’t change my verdict).

If someone offered me Penny and Kirk for a WR1 like Jefferson or Diggs or Amon-Ra, I’d slap their mother.
The problem with this is nobody will take any of these RB’s with Kirk for an elite WR. At best you’ll get a second tier WR. Package them for a Jaylen Waddle, and you might have something.
I also have Waddle but I am obviously gonna try and trade the lower ranked player first
