I wouldn’t drop Ken Walker, since Rashaad Penny is his usual injury away from disappearing.
Robinson will likely resume his starting job once he’s back from his injury within a few weeks, and you’ll need him to replace Gibson, who’ll be returning to special teams work.
Dobbins has such limited upside, I wouldn’t even bother. Between Taylor, Kamara, Hunt or Dobbins, Dobbins wouldn’t even see enough sunlight to turn gray.
As for which WR to drop, I’d drop Robinson. Week 1 showed there’s not enough targets after Kupp gets done sucking the air out of the ball. Also, was last season in Chicago really about injuries, or have we seen Robinson starting to decline? I lean towards the latter.
Before you take Ed’s advice, consider that just today, he has advised people to drop Dobbins for Cooper Rush, and to drop Allen Robinson for Jarvis Landry.
Metrics show that Allen Robinson created an average of more than 3 yards of separation on his routes run during Thursday’s game. The NFL average is 1.6 yards. Stafford just didn’t have time to find him on his deep routes with the pressure the Bills were able to apply.
I wouldnt drop Allen Robinson just yet. Its week 1 and like you said, not all defenses are Bills.
I did drop Walker for Robinson. I can pick up Walker again if he is not picked up by end of this week.
I am still holding on to London and Burks might be a mid-to-late season stashes.
but I am not too sure on Devonta Smith. since Philly is run first, and then all targets go to AJ.
Should I pickup another TE in case Ertz goes down or should I prefer another WR / RB?
Thanks for the advise,
I am keeping Dobbins on WW and I am not dropping Robinson after just week-1. need to see more of the same poor performance for at least another 2 weeks. Plus if Kupp goes down, Allen becomes WR1 automatically, no matter how lines up opposite him.
