Top 10 RB's in half PPR

Anyone who predicted this list of top 10 RB’s would officially be called a psychic. This list is based on half PPR and the average points per game up to this past week:

  1. Derrick Henry: No surprise here. What is a surprise is the wide margin between Henry and Ekeler, almost 8 ppg. Henry is averaging an astounding 27 ppg.
  2. Austin Ekeler: A little surprise that he would be this high in half PPR.
  3. Jonathan Taylor
  4. Cordarrelle Patterson: Nobody predicted this, and fewer still expect it to last.
  5. Ezekiel Elliott
  6. Darrell Henderson
  7. Najee Harris
  8. Aaron Jones
  9. Christian McCaffrey
  10. Nick Chubb

I predicted Ekeler as a top 5 RB in full PPR. Granted, RB2 even in half PPR is a little more than I’d have expected, but not a lot. I’m concerned if he will sustain that workload throughout the season, though.

The biggest surprise (after Patterson, of course) is the absence of a healthy Alvin Kamara in this top 10 list.

Kamara is lurking just outside this list. Don’t be surprised if he breaks the top 10 before the end of the season.
