Is Taysom Hill worth drafting as a late-round flier? In Yahoo, he has both a QB and TE designation.

If you can use a QB or TE that can get you four pts per week, sure, go for it.
I doubt he will get enough playing time at either position to give much fantasy upside. He was Sean Payton’s pet project, nothing more.
