That’s a trade I would make. Gallup can be dropped anyway, so you’re not giving up anything there. Aiyuk is playing a pretty good season, but with JJ, Pittman, Olave and Godwin, you can afford to lose him.
Swift and Reynolds are both not without risk, as both aren’t healthy. But they are both solid options when healthy and could provide solid depth for a playoff run.

The only reason this trade is worthwhile to you is because of your already strong WR corps.
Reynolds and Gallup are throwaways in this deal. This makes it a Swift for Aiyuk trade. Normally, I’d look at that and think, bad deal, because Aiyuk is having a better year, and Swift has been injured. You’re paying Aiyuk’s production for Swift’s potential (when he’s healthy).
It’s one of those odd circumstances where a bad deal becomes good under the circumstances.
