In redraft, that’s a fair trade. In dynasty, I’d rather have Chubb than Jones.

WRs DJ Moore, Sutton, Smith, Toney, Aijuk.
So for your keepers, assuming there isn’t a QB or TE you want to keep more, you want to keep Taylor, Chubb, and Williams. Possibly Toney instead of Chubb, but that’s a decision for next spring.
With news that Ryan Fitzpatrick’s career is likely over, you may want to avoid Terry McLaurin until we see what Washington plans to do.
Picking up Jones is also risky. He is at the tail end of his career, and with Aaron Rodgers likely gone next year, that makes his production even more shaky.
At least Chubb and Smith look solid for next year, and possibly beyond.
