Nabors vs Jeanty

I have the 1st pick in a half ppr keeper league. My current keepers are Achane, Brian Thomas Jr, Mayfield.

The best two players available are Nabors and Jeanty. By the second round the best players by my pick are probable Ladd, JSG, James Cook, Omarion, Higgins.

Do I take Nabors or Jeanty? Feels like WR depth will be better in 2nd so was leaning towards Jeanty.

Nabors is proven and will probably score a lot but it’s not likely he will be top 5 at his position. Jeanty is unproven but he has huge, huge upside and a coach who loves to run. I’m taking Jeanty because he has a real chance, based on both situation and talent, to be top 5 at his position, potentially even #1 pick for years to come.
