If your team is 5-0, 4-1 or 3-2 but feeling good about your roster you can sit back somewhat and hold injured players, let deals come to you and no pressure or panic.
Otherwise, you need to make moves to improve or decide to rebuild (dynasty & keeper). Unfortunately this means selling low and/or buying high.
