Week 14 - Defense / ST

I know it is splitting hairs, but I am attempting to win the division this week. My league awards defense / special teams points for TDs, turnovers, sacks and points against. No consideration on yardage.

Please help me choose between:

Chargers vs. Giants (I am considering the Chargers because Fromm may start - but I now heard that
Glennon should be ready)
or

Seattle at Hou (I believe Mills is supposed to start)

I like the chargers without a question- they have been playing elite defense and are hot. Plus they are stacked with studs.

Seattle has a matchup bonus but the team as a whole hasn’t been playing well.
