Anyone else having serious issues cancelling? I’ve been using FPros for soooo long, but I only use it for football, I cancel in the Spring and pick it back up in the Fall. Every year. But this year the process they communicate for canceling doesn’t work and while they email new things to try every time I reach out, they don’t seem to be able to simply cancel my subscription. Why is this suddenly such an issue. Why can’t the FPros just cancel my subscription on their end? It is set to renew in two days and 100% expect they will miss it and this will become an even more massive headache.
Love the site, but there are others out there now and this inability to easily cancel is garbage. There have to be lots of people like me that use their service during a discrete period of 6 months.
