Trade Singletary for Brandin Cooks?

My team is currently in second in a 12 team PPR league. Should I trade Devin Singletary for Brandin Cooks? My roster is:

Who cares? You’re never starting either of them anyway.

I’d make the trade. You need WR depth.

I’m not convinced of Brandin Cooks any longer. The snap share is tilting in favor of Nico Collins, so Cooks’ biggest plus - his safe floor - is fading. I like the idea of trading one or two of your RBs away for a WR, but Cooks is not the player I’d target any longer.
