Keeper league can keep 5 and develop one

12 team keeper league must keep min. of 2 max of 5 but can develop a player who is going from year one to two or two to three. Development players sacrifice 9th round pick, cannot start until week 4 and can only play 7 times during regular season. I have following I am keeping or developing:
Chase
Lamb
Mixon
Higgins
Javonte Williams
Kittle

Should I drop Kittle and keep other 5 or should I keep Kittle and develop either Williams or Higgins?

Well, you only have MIxon at RB, so I wouldn’t develop Williams, and you’d probably want to use Higgins more than half the year, so probly just drop Kittle.

If you can’t bring yourself to do that, then definitely Higgins over Williams for development.
