darren waller 24
deandre swift 12
Im thinking none of them are worth keeping with that price/budget?

I like Swift at $12.
Normally, I’d like Waller, but at $24 he is a bit pricey. Spending a quarter of your budget on a TE is nuts.
The rest can be replaced, with either better or cheaper or both.
I would definitely keep Swift.
Sutton’s price isn’t out of line, if you like him, but you can probably get lots of similar WRs for similar money if you don’t.
