I wouldn’t drop any of them yet. Rookies tend to do better in the second half of their rookie seasons.
As for Pickens, what happens if the Steelers decide to switch over to Kenny Pickett in the middle of the season, and he connects big with Pickens? Mind you, that’s a hypothetical, but there is still room for any number of hypotheticals to happen in Pittsburgh, such as an injury to Johnson or Claypool.

It usually takes 4 to 8 weeks to get a better feel IF you can afford to wait.
If not, look to trade to someone who can and you should get an average player in return,
