Trade away Kirk Cousins and Justin Jefferson for Josh Allen? My only other WRs are Higgins and Dotson.

I wouldn’t do that even if Allen wasn’t going to be out for the season.

You are creating a massive problem on WR for a certain upgrade on QB - provided that Josh Allen can play through his elbow injury. I would not make that trade.
