Is Joe Mixon a viable option this week versus the Chiefs?
He still hasn’t cleared the concussion protocol and plays in the late window. If he doesn’t play, he’ll obviously be no option. If he does, he’s a can-start player with a mediocre matchup. If that’s enough to start him depends your alternative options.
Only consider him if you have a suitable replacement playing in the late window, or in SNF or MNF.
EDIT: sorry, you mentioned the alternative in the thread title. Definitely start Brian Robinson.

I have Samaje Perine as a back up to Mixon or Robinson with Commanders…
If Mixon a no go which one do you recomend?
You may not have the luxury of waiting until you know if Mixon starts before making the decision.
I’d go with Robinson. He’s trending up and has a nice matchup against the Giants, the #25 run defense in the league.
