Yes PPR with 2 flex but not a superflex league. I usually go with 4 WR and 2 RB weekly.
I agree with Ed but of all the players in this deal, the one you need the most is James Cook.

Why would you make a move to accomplish nothing?
Accomplish nothing? I would be (in my eyes) upgrading my QB situation and now have the stack of Goff and St Brown. I would also be upgrading a bench WR from Godwin to Aiyuk. Losing a RB I haven’t started but 1 time this season.
Goff is a backup. A stack is meaningless and most try to avoid them. Upgrade your bench if ya kike,
