The way Brandin Cooks tore up JAX in Week 1–and Jeudy being out–Sutton is a must-start.
Since SF has a decent defense, and we don’t know if we’re going to get the career-average 52% completion rate Hurts, or the Week 1 77% completion rate Hurts, I’d go with Moore for the other.

The 49ers gave up 319 passing yards and 3 td’s to Detroit. Is Hurts any worse than Jared Goff? While AxeElf nailed the logic on Cooks, he whiffed on the 49ers. Take Smith over DJ Moore.
Further, you saw what the Saints did to the Packers? They held Davante Adams to a pedestrian 5 catches for 56 yards, no td’s. I’m not touching DJ Moore this week.
Literally. They GAVE UP two thirds of that in garbage time when it didn’t matter. They only allowed about 100/1 through the first 57 minutes.
This is why the game is 60 minutes. They have to play the whole game, and the 49ers nearly gave up an impressive lead with their poor pass defense.
