Sounds like a steal to me. He could have gone 2 rounds earlier in my rankings. ECR has him going earlier than that, about the 5th round.
8th round is a steal. I have him ranked at RB18 / #69 overall, that’s 6th round material. There is a little risk involved, as the Fins’ backfield isn’t carved in stone yet.
If you already have 2 startable RBs, but still need a QB or TE, it may be a different story. But if you are drafting for value, Gaskin in the 8th round sounds about right to me, especially in a dynasty startup draft.
